Nannosil is a combination of colloidal silver and colloidal gold. Properly prepared, Colloidal Silver is a broad spectrum, antibacterial alternative that can significantly reduce the severity and length of almost any type of bacterial infection. Gold is known for its anti-inflammatory effect, improving arthritis, bursitis and tendonitis. These two ingredients act synergistically to augment and reinforce each other. The overall effect seems more pronounced than when either is taken separately.

Colloidal silver kills bacteria and viruses by destroying the enzymes responsible for cellular respiration, thus depriving them of the ability to breathe. There is little chance that survivors can develop resistance or immunity to silver. Laboratory tests show that colloidal silver is toxic to all tested species of bacteria, fungi, protozoa, parasite eggs and many viruses. (It does not destroy the adult parasites.)
